Lindsay is a Manager in RKL’s Audit Services Group and RKL Risk Management. Her responsibilities include managing all phases of the audit process and executing the audit plan, risk assessment and deliverables. In addition, she supervises reviews, trains and evaluates staff assigned to engagements.
Lindsay has experience identifying internal controls, testing operating effectiveness of the controls and providing necessary remediation guidance, primarily under the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of Treadway Commission (COSO) Framework. She is well-versed in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and has significant experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Before joining RKL in 2015, Lindsay worked for both a regional and a national accounting firm. She has more than a decade of public accounting experience serving a variety of industries and entities, including financial institutions and employee benefit plans. Her experience includes managing special project teams for Mortgage Service Metric Compliance procedures related to the Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight.
Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She is a Bridges Society member with the Capital Region United Way, a classroom volunteer and past board member for Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania, a member of Dining with Diakon’s Silent Auction committee and a youth mentor with Lebanon County Equine 4-H. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and son, especially in outdoor activities. When she is not busy with work or family, she breeds and shows American Paint Horses.
